If you visit our clients’ websites with a legally-recognized opt-out preference signal (such as Global Privacy Control) enabled, that client may have the legal obligation to recognize such signal as an instruction to opt you out of sales, sharing or targeted advertising that such client engages in.
You have certain rights with respect to data tvScientific collects and processes in association with you. These rights include the right of access, deletion, and correction of personal data.
To make a request to exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@tvscientific.com. We may take reasonable steps to confirm your identity, such as asking you to provide verification that an IP address is tied to your online activity.

We may ask authorized agents to submit proof of their authority to make a request, such as a valid power of attorney or proof that they have signed permission from the consumer who is the subject of the request. In some cases, we may contact the individual who is the subject of the request to verify their own identity or confirm the authorized agent has permission to submit the request.
